Osama Mohamed

I build working software with AI agents, run my own servers, and automate the things I'm tired of doing by hand. Below is what I've actually shipped, with links you can try.

DentaLedger ERP

A dental-supplies distributor in Doha ran its whole business on Excel. This replaced it: invoicing, customer debts, inventory costing, purchasing and supplier accounts, with 11 reports.

I designed the data model and the accounting rules. AI agents wrote the code, and an independent auditor agent plants bugs on purpose to prove the tests catch them.

Illustration: a university update arriving as a short summary on a phoneIllustration

University updates, summarized

My university posts schedules, grades and deadlines on Teams. Those messages now land in my email, get summarized with a suggested next step, and reach me on Telegram.

Teams → email → n8n → Gemini Flash → Telegram

Illustration: from checking flight prices by hand to getting one alert when a fare dropsIllustration

Flight price monitor

Fares on my route home moved between €260 and €476 in a single afternoon. Twice a day this searches live fares and pings me on Telegram only when one drops under my target.

n8n schedule → Claude Haiku + Kiwi.com → Telegram

Every live link on this page runs on one Ubuntu server I set up and maintain: Docker containers behind Nginx with TLS, plus my own n8n for the automations.

Network build

MikroTik with VLANs, QoS and a default-drop firewall. I installed the hardware, cabling and Windows myself.

Training room

Twelve seats with headsets and webcams for courses held over Zoom from the office.

Remote access

A WireGuard VPN into the internal network so I can make changes from anywhere.

Stays up on its own

Scheduled config backups, Telegram alerts on failures, and automatic failover to a backup link.
